Aleister Black was the first one to break his silence on the subject. On June 2, 2021, he took to Twitter and addressed his fans stating that he was gathering his wits about the abrupt release. Aleister thanked the fans who allowed him to express himself in WWE.
He said, “Im gathering my thoughts as this was a complete left field for me as obviously we just started the dark father character but this was it, thank you so much WWE universe for allowing me to create and give you small bits of myself.“

Black’s name change
Following his release, Aleister changed his Twitter user name to “Tommy End” from “Devil’s Blood”. If the fans had a pinch of doubt about the news, this surely put those doubts to rest.
This shocking news came after Aleister being away from WWE television for roughly 6 months. His recent return to Friday Night SmackDown with a new gimmick was well received by the audience.
